In late July, summer items begin going on clearance. During this time, prices are marked down (sometimes down to 90% off!) to make room for all the new fall lines. Plus, Target's huge toy clearance typically begins near the end of July! This is the time to start stocking up on your holiday shopping, if you haven't already! Yes, it's only July but beginning your shopping early only means that you'll finish your holiday shopping sooner and are much more likely to avoid the holiday hysteria. The frugal shopper never begins holiday shopping TOO early! **Tip: Be sure to be watching your local Target closely, as the shelves will clear fast!
