The Secret to Shopping at Hy-Vee!
Before I started couponing, I thought that shopping at any and every store was exactly the same. You go in for your items, you purchase maybe more than you originally went into the store for, and you leave. WRONG! Of course, each store has their items priced a little differently, but did you know that each store has it's own secret to helping you save money?!
Before shopping at Hy-Vee with coupons, here's what you need to know about their coupon policy:
*Hy-Vee accepts newspaper and internet printable manufacturer coupons
*Hy-Vee accepts one store coupon and one manufacturer coupon per item
*Hy-Vee distributes great store coupons in their weekly ad
*Hy-Vee has catalina machines and promotions
**The Secret**

The Hy-Vee official coupon policy reads:

*All coupons should have a scannable barcode (UPC) and should include a remittable manufacturer address.
*Soft drink container caps will be accepted.
*Coupons with values that exceed the price of the item will not be accepted.
*Only one manufacturer coupon will be accepted per item. However, a customer may use both a store coupon and a manufacturer coupon on one item.
*Coupons must have an expiration date and must be used within the stated time frame.
Hy-Vee has tightened the reins against fradulent coupons and have added the following adjustments to their coupon policy in regards to internet printable coupons:
*Manufacturer coupons that involve any kind of FREE product will not be accepted, including buy one get one free offers.
*Management has the authority to set monetary limitations for the acceptance of internet coupons. Example: Management may state that coupons $1.50 off and higher will not be accepted.
