Coupons.com has added a 55¢ coupon for Joy Ice Cream Cones. Joy Ice Cream Cones have reportedly been spotted at CVS for $1 and Wal-Mart also has Joy Ice Cream Cones on roll back for $1 this week! That makes them only 45¢ after coupon!
