Grind the brown rice (brown is more nutritional than white)in a food processor, blender, or even a coffee grinder (make sure it's clean) until it is powdery. To prepare, boil 1 cup water and add 1/4 cup powdered rice or oats. Stir and heat until cooked through; add more liquid as necessary till desired consistency is reached.
