Walgreens: Huggies Baby Wipes 184-216 Packs Only $1.49 (Starting the Week of 8/7)!

I just want to start off by saying sorry for being MIA this past week. I've had kind of a lot on my plate and really haven't much time to do many updates. With our garage sale, B's upcoming 2nd birthday and the beginning of a new school year, I can't promise I'll be able to update as much as I did over the summer. I will, however update when possible and I'll try to keep up with the coupon match-ups as well. Also, sorry for the delay on the grocery store line-ups..while they'll be a tad late, I'll try to post those within the next couple days. Thanks for your understanding!

If you need to stock up on baby wipes and have a Walgreens nearby, you may be able to score an amazing deal starting the week of 8/7! You see, Walgreens will have the 184-216 pack of Huggies wipes on sale for $5.99 and even sweeter, there are a few coupons you may be able to stack with this sale price to score an amazing deal…

Huggies Baby Wipes 184 – 216 pack $5.99
Use the $0.50/1 coupon found in the 7/17 SS
Plus, use the $2/1 Walgreens coupon found in the August Coupon Booklet
And use the $2/1 Walgreens coupon found in the Infant Care Coupon Booklet
Final cost ONLY $1.49!
** That is one heck of a price for this size package!

Now please note that this deal will in fact be a YMMV (your mileage may vary) as it will depend on how coupon friendly your Walgreens cashier is since you are using 2 Walgreens coupons on one item.

Per the Walgreens corporate coupon policy, “When purchasing a single item, Walgreens accepts one manufacturer coupon and applicable Walgreens coupon(s) for the purchase of a single item, unless prohibited by either coupon offer.” So I interpret this as allowing customers to use more than one Walgreens coupon on a single item.

If you want to try snatching up this deal starting, 8/7, I would suggest you do a few things to make the transaction go as smoothly as possible. First, print of the corporate coupon policy and have it with you in case any issues should arise. Having this on hand will make you feel a lot more confident at the register.

I would also suggest you buy more than one package of wipes. Buy doing so, it won’t appear that you are using quite as many coupons since you only have to use each of the Walgreens coupons once (as they will deduct the correct amount off each package of wipes purchased).

And one of the best tips I can give you, be respectful and nice to the cashier! I cannot tell you how much having a positive attitude will help make for a smoother transaction. Also, I have better luck with the cosmetics cashiers as they seem more coupon friendly and there isn’t usually a huge line in cosmetics.

Good luck! …AND remember, this deal does not start until the week of 8/7.

(Thanks, My Litter and Hip2save!)
