Take Survey = $4 Bailey’s Rebate (Select States)

Head on over to the Bailey’s Facebook page, “like” them, and click on the link on their Wall to take a short survey. After completing the survey, you’ll be able to print a rebate form to save $4 by mail on one bottle (750mL or larger) of Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur (original or any flavor), valid 5/19-6/15. Limit one refund per household.

Valid to residents of legal purchase age in all states EXCEPT AL, IN, MS, TX, UT, & WA.
