IHearttheMart.com has been working hard behind the scenes to bring a double coupon day to Walmart. The rumors are running rampant and people are reporting that Walmart will begin Doubling Coupons on August 1st. Paul from I Heart the Mart cannot either confirm nor deny these rumors, however..if you like the idea of doubling coupons up to $1 CLICK HERE, Paul has created an online petetion to sign that shows your support for the policy.
